The club moved to its current location on Clinton Avenue in 1911. In 1933, the Keansburg Rifle and Pistol Club changed its name to the New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Association (NJRA). The NJRA merged with the National Shooting Sports Foundation in 1978, becoming the National Shooting Sports Foundation/New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Association.

Keansburg is a small town in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 9,892 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The first Keansburg post office was established in 1873, and the name derived from Dutch settlers who named their community Keeshagen after Piet Keizer, a tenant farmer in the area. The original town boundaries were undefined and Presidents James K. Polk and Franklin D. Roosevelt passed laws adding to it during their terms as President and Vice President respectively (1902-1909). In 1909, Keansburg became an incorporated municipality with its own board of Chosen Freeholders; however, it reverted back to its township form on February 14th of that year by an act of the New Jersey Legislature. The village of Keansburg was founded by Nicholas Jansen in 1798 as West Side Settlement on land granted him by George Washington following his invasion of Monmouthshire County during the French and Indian War. After being abandoned for several years due to lack of population growth or development, Jansen returned to found Keansburg Village again in 1824 while he was still residing in West Side Settlement under new leadership; this time he partnered with Simon Tebeau and others to form the basis for what would become known as "the Township Chain" which extended from Centreville through East Brunswick Township into Sussex County before terminating near Asbury Park east of Livingston Avenue where it met South Orange Avenue - all within present day Mercer County. In 1892, when Jerome Hirschman purchased 1/8 mile (1 km) east of present day Main Street from John Ayerbach for $700 cash considerations, he started construction on what would eventually become known as "Hirschman's Store," one of Jennie Bogan's most famous landmarks withinKeansburg today because it served as both business headquarters for many leading local merchants throughout much of 20th century Morrisania including Hirschman himself until his death in 1965 at age 92; Bogan also continued serving as shopkeeper/manager until her retirement in 1978 following 37 years occupancy Bogan died suddenly just days after giving birth to her only child at home early on Saturday morning Jan 25th 1912 aged 44y/o daughter Fannie Stroud who survived infancy & grew up close enough with her mother that she could visit her whenever she wanted; after Mrs Bogan’s death three daughters took over running store but each woman had different management style so finally one daughter died young unmarried leaving 3 girls behind plus mother’s effectshift@email&phone number Keiansburgh Post Office opened on March 7th 1870 located south sideof lot next door to lake road now called main street
