As ofthe 2010 United States Census there were 31,898 people residing in Highland Park Borough who identified themselves as being either "Hispanic or Latino", 25%, "White Non-Hispanic", 22% "Asian/Pacific Islander", 5% "Black or African American", 3% "American Indian/Alaskan Native", 2% "Native Hawaiian/Aleutian Islander" and 0% reporting two or more races. Hispanic or Latino residents made up 27%of all residents while white non-Hispanic residents made up 62%. Asian/Pacific Islanders made up 5%ofall residents while black or African American residents made up 11%. American Indian/Alaskan Native residents made up 2%of all residents while Native Hawaiian/Aleutian Islander Residents makeup 0%.
