In the town of Freehold, New Jersey, there is a history that goes back to 1837. The first gun magazine in this town was located on Main Street. This was known as the “Gunsmith” Magazine. It was started by Mr. John Fenton and his son-in-law, Daniel Hildebrandt. The Gunsmith Magazine had a capacity of only twenty-five rounds per issue and it was published monthly. The Gunsmith Magazine slowly became more popular over time and it eventually grew to be one of the most popular gun magazines in all of New Jersey. In 1947, the Gunsmith Magazine merged with another magazine, the Rifleman, to form the rifle magazine chain that we know today! Today, the Gunsmith Magazine still exists as an important part of local history and culture in Freehold!

The rounds are stored in pockets on the outside of the magazine well and when the user wants to reload, they remove one round at a time from the magazine and insert it into their firearm's chamber. This process is known as cocking or loading a round into a weapon. Pistol Magazines: Pistol Magazine generally holds fifteen rounds, though some models have up to thirty-rounds. The rounds are stored in chambers on either side of the magazine well with each round feeding in an opposite direction like a revolver magazine does. When you want to reload, you take one round out of your pistol magazine and insert it into your chamber so that it will fire next time you pick up your gun.

The first European settlers in what is now Freehold were Dutchmen from Amersfoort who began to arrive in 1664. English colonists arrived two years later and named the area after Lordfreehold, an English gentleman who had landed on Long Island and purchased land there. In 1714, freeholders of the Manor of West Egg voted to incorporate as a township which became Freehold Township on July 1, 1718. In 1801, when Great Britain acquired additional lands east ofNJ shoreline by treaties with France and Spain, Freehold Township became part of this new land. With its strategic location between Philadelphia and Camden across the river Delaware River - perfect for shipping goods - it quickly grew into one of America's leading port towns. shipbuilding continued until the early 20th century; during that time Freehold became known as "the Shipyards Capital of America". The shipyards closed in the 1930s but post-war prosperity brought jobs back to Freehold and its commercial district including high tech companies such as Intel andacle Scientific Corporation From 1945 until 1990, Freehold was home to then First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis' presidential home while she lived in nearby Malvern Hills. When her husband left office she moved into her own Presidential palace complete with security guarded by bodyguards while she lived reclusively out of state (a move that has been chronicled extensively in popular culture). On October 5th 2007 a fire destroyed much of what remains of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Presidential Palace complex adjacent to Malvern Hills Village Shopping Center after a 7 year renovation project financed by JP Morgan Chase Bankruptcy Sale Proceeds totaling $187 million dollars caused extensive damage estimated at over $100 million dollars however no one was injured or killed

At first, Freehold consisted only of men and their families. However, as freeholders began developing land around the community, they formed a self-governing government that governed itself through an elected town council. In 1802, Freehold became part of New Jersey after it was awarded to the state by President James K. Polk during the Mexican-American War. Beginning in 1827, Freehold underwent a series of population growths and expansions which led to its becoming one of the most prominent communities in central New Jersey. In 1907,Freehold merged with neighboring Dumontville to form Dumontville Township. Today, Freehold is still a vibrant community with many active businesses and restaurants located within its boundaries. Its residents continue to make important contributions to their local economy through their work and voluntary donations both inside and outside of society.
Freehold was a community in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. It was located on the north bank of the Hackensack River and was founded by English colonists in 1695. The town quickly grew and became an important trade center for the surrounding area. In 1814, Freehold was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature.
