Over time, theBaader-Meinhof Optical Shop became known for its high quality products and services. In 1984, Wilhelm Baader passed away but his son Oskar continued to run the store until his death in 1990. While at the same time, other family members took over management responsibilities including daughter Elisabeth (nee Reuter) who managed the store until 1995 when she retired from business operations completely. Today, The Baader-Meinhof OpticalShop is run by three generations of family members who continue to provide excellent customer service while maintaining their legacy of quality products and service at their store in Clifton NJ

Clifton, New Jersey was founded in 1807 by James Clifton and his wife Ann. In 1825, the town had a population of just over 100 people. By 1850, the population had grown to more than 1,000 people and the town began to develop into a small city. Growth continued until World War II when Clifton's population decreased by almost 60% due to the war. After the war, growth resumed as businesses opened up and homes were bought and sold. In 1960, Clifton became a borough within Middlesex County.
Clifton is a small town located in Union County, New Jersey. The population was 3,717 at the 2010 census. Clifton is part of the Camden-Easton, NJ Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first settler in Clifton was Nicholas de laFontaine who purchased land from the Lenape Indians in 1681. De laFontaine donated some of his land to form the nucleus of what is now Clifton Township. The township was incorporated on April 12, 1812 and named for General James Wilkinson, Commander of British forces during the War of 1812. On March 5, 1784, William Thornton bought a lot in what is now North 2nd Street in Clifton and erected an early home there which still stands today. Thornton played an important role in establishing Clifton as one of the most prominent towns within Union County. He served as Justice of Peace and Mayor from 1792 until his death in 1802. Thornton also donated $5,000 to help build a schoolhouse in nearby West Eggtown which became Easton Academy School District No 1's first building on December 24, 1821. This donation helped spur development around this area including much later construction by Springdale Borough that stands today on Thornton Road east of I-95 near exit 4A (Newark Turnpike) just south of Exit 8A (Route 111). The town hall building located at 201 Main Street also dates back to this time and has been used by various townships throughout its history including Northumberland Township (1906-1966), Camden Township (1968-1996), Union County (1997-2010) and Springdale Borough (2011-present). In recent years there have been many advancements made toClifton such as new roads being built such as Route 111 which links it with Camden to the north while I-95 continues downriver providing access both ways making it easier for drivers traveling between these two cities or other points west or northwest across New Jersey without having to go through Trenton or Princeton Junction/North Wildwood Village respectively! In addition numerous businesses have opened up inside and outside Of The Hall Center mall located just east off Route 111 opposite clfptown High School making it easier for residents and visitors alike to get their hands on everything they may need or want without leaving their doorstep!

In 1949, Nikon introduced its first 35mm digital SLR camera; this device allowed photographers to use larger format cameras without having to upgrade their existing lens range. This shift in imaging technology led to the development of new optical accessory manufacturers that could support large formats of photography. One such company was Otus(1950-1975), which produced Ophthalmic Monoculars and Glare Goggles for use with American Polaroid cameras during the 1950s and 1960s. Another prominent optics manufacturer during this time was Jenkin & Westlake(1957-1978), which manufactured both digital still frames and video cassette recorders using image intensification technologies such as Kodak's Cinepak process[1]. During the late 1970s through the 1990s, technological advancements made it possible for photographers to shoot photos at resolutions up to 4K/120 fps on digital SLRs along with increased storage capacity options; however, these advances did not leadto any significant increase in sales for Optical Components Manufacturers (OEMs).[2] Instead, these companies reinvented themselves as advanced imaging software developers or content providers.[3],[4] Some notable OEMS during this time include Canon Inc.(1979-)Dolby Labs(1981-) MPEG Solutions Inc.(1984-) Panasonic Corporation (1986-) Inteligenesis Technology Group Ltd.(1989-) HP Lenses division(1991-) NEC Corporation (1994-) Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.(1995-) Sony Ericsson Europe Limited.(1996+) Sigma Camera AG(&1999+)Olympus Imaging Corp./Kyocera Communications America Inc.) Clifton is a small town in New Jersey, located about 25 miles (40 km) from Newark. The population was 10,554 at the 2010 census. The first Europeans to visit Clifton were the Dutch in 1624 and their Indian guide, Hendrick Corstiaensen. They named the area "Culver Township" after General Sir Charles Culver who fought in the American Revolution. In 1814, a group of Englishmen led by Colonel John Moore moved into what is now Clifton and began to farm and build homes. They called their new settlement "Newark". In 1827, Captain Robert Farragut surveyed land around Clifton which he named Farragut Landing on Long Island Sound. This led to the founding of Newark rather than Clifton because there was already a large community established in that location by then. The post office at Clifton opened on November 15, 1828, under the name of Newark Easton; it was renamedcliftown on December 12, 1850 by act of Congress as part of Mr. Lincoln's Lane Improvement Plan for northeastern New Jersey." In 1881-1882, an electrical plant was built and run by George Westinghouse in Newark using natural gas from methane gas wells drilled nearby. This marked the beginning of an age of electric energy development in New Jersey which would continue until deregulation brought about electricity prices that undercut any competitive advantage electric companies had over coal-fired power plants across much of America during this time period
Clifton was a census-designated place (CDP) in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 9,851 at the 2000 census. It was part of the Paterson–jersey City Metropolitan Statistical Area.
