Tasers are devices that produce electric current through contact with the skin. In 1992, Taser International acquired the rights to manufacturing and selling Tasers worldwide. Today, there are various types of tasers available for purchase including hand-held devices (ejection) and firearms-mounted units (FMsU). The FMsU is often used for largerigon subjects such as police chiefs or mayors because its size makes it less likely that it will cause injury when deployed against humans at close range. Hand-held devices account for about 80% of all deployments statewide; however, EPS unit deployments continue to grow at an alarming rate throughout America due to their effectiveness against large human targets (especially those who are unarmed). figures released by NJ State Police indicate that between 2010 and 2015 there were over 1 million deployments utilizing ESU’s statewide – this number is expected to double within 5 years!

Cliffside Park is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 5,826 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Hackensack–Jersey City metropolitan area. The CDP has a total area of , all of it land. As of the 2000 US Census, there were 4,713 people in Cliffside Park. Of these, 3,959 (79%) lived in households and 350 (21%) lived in non-institutionalized group quarters. There were no housing units at all for 10% of the population. Out of every 1,000 residents age 18 and over, 910 residents engaged in some form of paid work. There are six schools located within the CDP: Stonington Elementary School; Seton Hall Preparatory School; Monmouth Middle School; Hillsborough High School; Crossroads Charter Academy; and South Side Intermediate School which opened in 2003 and serves students from pre-kindergarten to 8th grade according to NJ Department of Education statistics as well as Morristown Township's public school system based on student enrollment data from 2000 through 2006

Cliffside Park was a small town located in New Jersey, United States. The town was founded in 1839 by English settlers who named it for the Cliff overlooking the Park River. In 1892, the town became part of Union City and remained there until it merged with neighboring South Amboy to form Amboy Township on May 14, 1979. As of the 2010 census, Cliffside Park had a population of 5,569. It is one of the oldest towns in New Jersey and its history can be traced back to when English settlers arrived in what is now New Jersey during the late 17th century. The first European settler to arrive in modern-day Cliffside Park was John Stroud who settled there in 1795. At that time, parts of present-day Union City were under Spanish rule and many people living there were forced to leave their homes due to persecution from Spain. Some of these early settlers brought over their families with them while others went on foot or boat across the riverboat bridge whichbridge still stands today and facilitated trade between New York City and Philadelphia at that time. In 1839, after years of negotiations between various factions within Union City about whether or not they should merge into one larger community, both factions came together to vote on whether or not to establish a new town called "Cliff Side" as a local alternative name for Union City proper (which at that time included much more land than what is now Cliffside Park). Ultimately, due to lack of support from either faction and concerns about potential consequences such as financial instability if both communities collapsed, no merger took place and instead all residents within Union City voted unanimously (including those living in Cliffside Park) to become part of Amboy Township on May 14th . As part of Amboy Township , Clifftide Park became an incorporated municipality with its own government services including education, fire protection/emergency response, police service etc., which continued even though most portions of Amboy Township were annexed by Plainfield borough less than two years later on November 6th 1847 . It wasn't until 1861 when Borough Mayor James Fenton authorized annexation by Plainfield which then allowed for full municipal control over all aspects OF Clifftide Park including zoning laws etc… This annexation also opened up acres previously belonging exclusively TO The Trustees OF The Academy Of Music & Art (now known as Rutgers University) who managed The cliff side park from what is now Willowbrook Drive thru Toffe Plaza all the way down Toeplands Road til we hit Merrick Boulevard where our border With Plainfield ends so this has been our most current location since then 😜😜
Cliffside Park is a borough in the U.S. state of New Jersey, located on the border of Bergen County andonne County. As of the 2010 Census, the borough had a population of 12,519. Cliffside Park was incorporated as a borough on March 3, 1894, from portions of Ridgefield Township and Union County. The name is derived from Cliff's Ford which lies near its borders with Ridgefield Township to the north and Union County to the south.
