It wasn’t until 1830 when Concord Church replaced Plymouth Meeting House which caused less inconvenience as both meetings continued side-by-side until eventually Plymouth Meetinghouse fire destroyed both meetingplaces once again underscoring just how important it was for either group to have functioning facilities adjacent thereto given that such events could easily startle or alarm neighboring settlements .
