Concord, New Hampshire is a town in Franklin County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 10,527 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Franklin County and one of the three towns in Concord Township. Concord is located on the eastern edge of the Granite State and is bordered by Vermont to the north, Massachusetts to the east, and Middlesex County to the south. The first permanent settlers in what would become Concord were two men from Rhode Island who arrived in 1768.
