In La Vista, Nebraska, pepper spray's history begins with its first use against Native Americans in 1875. A group of men from Fort Atkinson traveled to Mexico City to purchase Indian arrows that had been smuggled into North America on ships bound for Mexico City. At that time, Mexican officials were using pepper gas as an interrogation tool andazar (a means of administering pain) to detainees at Santa Fe prison. The men purchased 6 canisters of pepper gas from a local vendor and returned to Omaha to start their attack on Mexican officers on December 4th. The attack turned violent when two soldiers were killed and 10 more were injured; however, it was not until January 2nd 1876 when another group consisting of 20 Omaha volunteers formed around Captain Edward Sibley and started spraying tear gas at the Indians; this action led to an international outcry which forced Mexican President Domingo Faustino Hidalgo to order his army into action; finally achieving surrender on January 8th 15 days later over 100 miles away from Laredo!

The victim would be blinded by the intense heat and pain developed from the pepper solution burning their eyes and nose etc.. While this weapon wasn’t initially successful, it did lead to further development of pepper spray devices over time

The arrival of railroads during the late 19th century increased traffic through adjoining states and led to more businesses opening up around La Vista- including hotels and restaurants – which drove down prices for goods sold within la Vista itself and allowed residents to start their own businesses outside their homes. This growth also led to new housing developments being erected throughout la Vista; many still stand today, testament to its strong community spirit over 150 years ago. During World War II, local farmers produced food for military troops stationed in nearby Omaha while also providing advances such as seed stocks for corn production that helped make Big Sur County into one of California's top agricultural counties by 1945; thus uniting all facets of society surrounding la Vega with military service insteadof just one sector making use from surroundings resources only
