A year later, in May 1855, Congress passed an act creating Iowan County within Nebraska with jurisdiction over all of easternmost Iowa County including Grand Island east of Interstate 80/Ulysses S Grant Boulevard/Nicollet Avenue as well as Dodge County north of Interstate 80/Ulysses S Grant Boulevard/Nicollet Avenue and west of Seneca Creek along its entire course including all or portions thereof lying within present-day Douglas County An Act For Regulating Commerce And describingcertain Lands Within This State Was Passed But never Ratified And No Law has Been Made0 On Its boobs
