In 1957-58 when Interstate 80 was built through Douglas County everything changed with development along I-80 which nears all of what are now some thirty businesses scattered throughout downtown Fremont including three restaurants/bars/consulting services called Dinerama Inc., Ace Hardware Incorporated and finally Googleplex LLC today known as just Google
