The $5 million project included renovation work on both sides of City Hall Avenue which will include new lobby space/entertainment areas along with updated public restroom facilities across two floors inside City Hall itself – bringing total ground floor area within walking distance (or less) of all residents!

The city of Bellevue was incorporated on December 12, 1941 by an act of the Nebraska Legislature following World War II when downtown Omaha was destroyed in an air raid. The population size decreased as manufacturing moved out of town during the postwar years; however, it has grown again due to recent development including new shopping malls and restaurants along Interstate 80.
