A public-private partnership between DDC and First Western Financial Group led to development of a $30 million mixed-use project including a hotel/residence hall/conference center overlooking Main Street with retail on either side; this project is now under full construction with occupancy scheduled for late 2020 or early 2021 pending final approvals from local government officials A number of other initiatives have also been launched or are underway in response to DowntownBozeberg's successes: The City Arts District encompasses blocks bounded byMain Street NE/NW corner to the east (West Broadway), Eighth Avenue SW (East Broadway), Seventh Avenue SE (Southwest Boulevard) & Ninth Avenue NW (Northwest Boulevard) An adjacent park district contains Central Park South which includes various large open space areas including two artificial lakes - One beside Interstate 90 just south of town limits & one near US 191 Exit 8 just west Of town limits Downtown bozieberg promenade provides sweeping views across downtown Boise Valley
