Wentzville, Missouri is a small town in the Ozarks region of Missouri. The population was 6,000 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Springfield-Springfield County, MO Metropolitan Statistical Area. The rifle stock industry in Wentzville began with European settlers in the early 1800s. In 1820, Daniel Boone and his group arrived in what is now Wentzville from Kentucky. They were looking for a place to settle and found land that would be perfect for Rifle Stock production because it had good timber stands and ample water resources. A mill was built on the current site of Wentzville High School in 1825 and soon other businesses followed suit making this one of the wealthiest villages along the Mississippi River. The first school building was built on Commercial Street which still stand today. At that time rifles were just being developed as a military weapon so there wasn’t much development done with stocks until quite some time later when rifle manufacturers started to see an increase in demand for their products due to new technologies like breech-loading guns and “firearms” becoming more common around this time such as pistols which became popular among militias during the American Revolutionary War period! In 1887, Wentzville organized itself into a village form under Act No 4359 & Ordinance No 11356 of 1890 named after Hemanus J. Wentz who served as Village Clerk from 1889-1892 & Town Administrator from 1893-1896! In 1907, village boundaries were enlarged by annexing parts of neighboring towns of Belton (to the east), Carthage (to the south), Perrysburg (to the west) and Galesburg (to the north). In 1912, another annexation took place when parts of Perrysburg Township were annexed to Goesseltown Village! Today there are over 20 former villages within Wentzville borders including Dearborn Heights, Elmwood Springs, Garden City Heights, Highland Park Heights etc etc! One interesting fact about rifle stocks history is that since rifle manufacturing became increasingly automated during World War II many employers decided not to require separate stock storage facilities for their firearms but instead simply transferred all firearm parts/stocks onto one large assembly line where they could be produced quickly and efficiently! It was built using sustainable materials including post-and-beam construction techniques which allow it to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly over time In 2013/14 the district received $2 million dollars in federal stimulus money which will go towards renovations to Anna Mae Kapp Elementary School including new roofs and windows as well as renovation of all classrooms providing more space for each student along with updated equipment such as Isotoner toilets

In 1865, the sawmill (later owned by the Werts) located in wentzville started production of lumber which helped to create some of KC's earliest businesses including a flour mill and cheese factory operated by Nathan Straub & Company on Main Street from 1865-1868; later known as Straub Bros., Incorporated).
