Town And Country is a small town in Clay County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Kansas City Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first settlers in Town And Country were Native Americans who arrived there in 1803. They named the community after their home village, "Towne" on Long Island, New York.
