Saint Peters, Missouri is a small town located in the Ozarks region of central Missouri. The population was 1,752 at the 2010 census. Saint Peters is the county seat of Platte County and home to the University of Central Missouri. The first Europeans to visit what is now Saint Peters were French Jesuit missionaries in 1764.
