The first tritium or tri-dot sight was created by Drs. John Lillie and George Stephenson in 1907 and patented on December 15th, 1907 under the name “Lillie Tritium” design patent No 718686 A1 (now US Patent 6,912,581). This new type of tritium or tri-dot sight was designed specifically for shotguns and handguns such as pistols and rifles. It consisted of an illuminated housing that housed three lighted mirrors that could be rotated around an axis allowing each mirror to face in any direction making it easier for shooters to line up their shots from different positions on the battlefield. The primary benefit associated with these new gunsights was improved accuracy due to their use of three independent lighted mirrors rather than just one lens as most other types do which made them easier for shooters to see what they were aiming at across all angles simultaneously making it much more difficult for their opponents to miss their targets altogether! In 1852, services were moved to a new location on Third Street which became home to both Holy Cross and Our Lady of Lourdes Churches from 1902-1968; both remain active today as part of the Anglican Communion (Church of England). On October 8th, 1861, during one of the most significant moments in local history when people from throughout southwestern Missouri came together to celebrate Vespers at Trinity Lutheran Church on Main Street (now Second Avenue), two menby name of Smedley recorded an event that would have lasting consequences for many years to come: John Brown had killed six men at Harper’s Ferry nine months earlier while protesting slavery within miles of where St. Peters sat! This heinous act forever changed not just this small town but also America itself – especially given that Brown had been caught shortly after his crime! Erected near where Smedley wrote about this pivotal moment are two granite markers honoring those who died during Brown’s raid: One reads “John Brown - Victim” while another dedicationnotes “6 Men Killed At Harper's Ferry By John Brown Just North Of Saint Peters On October 8th 1861″

The city of St. Peters, Missouri was founded in 1839 by James K. Polk, who named it after his father, Saint Peter. The city is located in the eastern portion of the state on the border with Kansas. It has a population of over 120,000 and is the largest city in east-central Missouri. The history of St. Peters dates back to 1839 when James K. Polk founded the city on land he acquired from Pierre Fournier for $2 per acre (1/4th of a mile square). In 1845, St. Peters became part of Shawnee County and was incorporated as a town under the name "St. Peters." In 1870, it became a municipality and was renamed "St. Louis." On November 3rd, 1896, St. Peters passed an ordinance creating a fire department which would serve as the first municipally owned fire brigade in east-central Missouri! In 1907, voters approved an amendment to their municipal charter which designated downtown as the primary business district and gave it divided authority between two City Council committees: Streets and Sewers and Parks and Recreation! On October 1st 1906 Mayor Julius Kahn announced that all businesses within one block of City Hall were required to open their doors at 8am each weekday morning for inspection by city inspectors! This policy continued until 1968 when new rules were put into effect prohibiting opening any business before 9am! On December 12th 1912 citizens of St. Louis met at City Hall to discuss annexation by neighboring cities; however no action was taken because residents in those cities wanted nothing to do with what they considered an illegitimate addition to their community! As early as 1910 there had been talk about annexing St. Peters because its location made it convenient for people living near KCI Air Force Base (now known as Joint Base Andrews), Ferguson Airport (now known as Ferguson Municipal Airport) or Springfield Municipal Airport (now Springfield Executive Airport). However annexation never happened because these municipalities did not have enough support from their respective populationsdespite being offered incorporation into the city! Finally on March 7th 1914 residents voted against incorporation into what would become Jefferson County due primarily to concerns over lack of financial stability caused by World War I recession; however this vote did not reflect public opinion since many people supported annexation nonetheless!
St. Peters was founded in 1718 by French missionaries, and soon became a center of the fur trade in eastern Missouri. The town grew rapidly due to its strategic location, and by 1820 it had reached its peak population of around 507 people. However, the town's fortunes began to decline after the American Civil War, as abolitionists moved into the area and production of cloth stopped. In 1871 St. Peters was renamed Independence because of its status as an independent slave state. The city declined further after that, becoming a small community with few residents until it officially disappeared from local records in 1980.
