On February 12th 1907Chamberlain submitted legislation proposing creation of Municipal Courtrooms within City Limits Commission buildings rather than throughmart court proceedings which were generally only used by council members who could not personally attend trials due to their job responsibilities.. This proposal failed ratification but was still included in Chamberlain's bill which he then amended further making municipal court proceedings available only through magistrates if they so desired... On November 5th 1907Lambert submitted legislation creating a Board of Education within City Limits Commission buildings along with similar proposals concerning education which were also defeated but included in Lambert's bill which he then amended further making board meetings available only through teleconference instead of individual meeting permits... This amendment was successful and allowed regular board meetings without havingto wait 4 months for each meeting like earlier proposals did; teleconference boards continued until 1978 when all public hearings were moved up one week due to budget cuts
