In 1825, Armstrong & Son became known as Armstrong Ammunition Company Ltd., which continued producing ammo until 1917. At some point around 1827 or 1830, a group of men from Illinois named John Moses Brown purchased what would eventually become Armour Manufacturing Company Ltd., which commenced manufacturing cartridges for muzzle-loading guns in 1840. Brown's cartridge manufacturing business thrived until 1865 when it merged with Winchester Repeating Arms Company to form Winchester Winchester Repeating Arms Company Limited (Winchester Repeating Arms Company). With rifle cartridges now being production exclusively at armories across North America, it is clear why arms manufacturers like Colt were so interested in acquiring these products: they could provide reliable high-quality rounds at low prices - something revolver manufacturers couldn't do easily given their limited resources and market share at the time!

Liberty, Missouri is a small town located in Union County, Missouri. It was founded in 1836 by the Newmark family and named for George Washington. The town became an important coal mining center during the early 20th century and its economy has been influenced by several industries including retail trade, transportation, agriculture, and manufacturing. In recent years Liberty has become a popular tourist destination with attractions such as the Liberty Bell Museum and Garden, the Old Fort National Historical Park, and the Freedom Trail. The history of Liberty begins with George Washington’s first visit to this area in 1789. He landed on what is now known as land that lay east of present-day Liberty about 12 miles north of modern-day Independence. At this time there were no towns or villages in this area and only scattered Indian campsites. Washington’s visit marked the beginning of a significant development in this part of Missouri: begining what would be called “the American Revolution” against British rule. In 1836 two families from Pennsylvania decided to settle in Union County west of Independence: The Newmark brothers had come specifically to find coal resources hereabouts. They arrived at what is now known as the old Log Cabin Site on September 15, 1836. TheirLog Cabin Site was situated on a rise overlooking both Allegheny River (now Mountain Road) and Poverty Creek (now Pigeon Rd.). From their site they could see over 4 miles distant Mount Vernon which they soon began to build up into their dream home seen today as one of America’s most iconic symbols – their log cabin still stands today! Today many people believe that if it weren't for Americans like Mr. Newmark who risked everything for our country's freedom then slavery might have continued unchecked within our borders! The rapidly growing population of Liberty forced Mrs.(N/A)Newmark to abandon her log cabinsite due to lack of space however she quickly erected another similar structure nearby on current day Highway 24 just south of Main Street! This new house served not only as a home but also as business headquarters for local merchants until it burned down around 1840!!! It wasn't until after Independence had been formally recognizes by Congress that Mrs.(N/A)Newmark was able finally receive title to her property which included much later present day Liberty! Her story epitomizes perseverance through adversity – something we can all learn from! At first glance it may appear that little has changed since 1830 when General Andrew Jackson invaded Missouri during his attack against Native American forces at Hennepin County near modern-day Hannibal! Just days prior to General Jackson's raid Armstrong County residents gathered arms and marched 5 miles into surrounding Harrison County demanding protection from Jackson's troops? After receiving news that General Jackson was winding down his operations he ordered his men back home?! Without knowing much about their surroundings these citizens did exactly what any reasonable person would do given the circumstances – looted some homes & businesses before turning back towards Carthage…and walked away empty handed!! A similar event occurred less than 2 months later when same group(s)of citizens crossed county lines & raided neighboring Ford Co., resulting in 3 soldiers being wounded & $5000 worth Confederate currency being seized?! How ironic wouldn't you say? These events helped shape America into who we are today…a society founded upon individual liberty!!!!!!!!!!!!!
