BB guns have a long and storied history in Independence, Missouri. As early as 1851, the town started selling pistols made of brass or bronze. The first BB gun was designed by Dr. William Preble in 1892. It was called the “Preble Rifle” and it used 12-gauge lead pellets to shoot small animals such as rabbits, squirrels and pigeons. The popularity of BB guns soon grew in Independence, but there were some concerns about their safety. In 1904, the town passed a law prohibiting handguns without a license from being sold within its borders. This law helped to keep BB guns out of the hands of children and adults who might be too young or unwise to handle them responsibly. Despite the dangers posed by handguns, BB guns continued to be popular in Independence until the late 1990s when they finally went out of fashion among Americans. However, their legacy lives on through all those who still enjoy firing these humble firearms offshoot from muzzleloaders and shotguns!

Water-Powered Gammas are designed specifically for shooting balls into targets via gravity alone rather than using air pressure or pellets. These pistols/rifles usuallyshoot singles or rounds at a time instead of batches like air-pumped Baleskis do. Water-Powered Gams can be much more challenging to use overall because they require dexterity and practice in order to achieve consistent results regularly (similarly to how an Olympic shooter must practice extensively). However, these pistols/rifles tend to be much more powerful than air Powered Baleskis – making them perfect for experienced shooters who want the best possible performance from their firearm

The area now known as Independence, Mo., was first settled in the late 1800s by Missourians who were seeking a new home after leaving the Tennessee Valley. The town of Independence had its start in 1872 when two families, the White and Beardsley Families, came to the area and organized a community for themselves. In 1890, following Kansas’ Admission to the United States, Independence became an official town and adopted a constitution that same year. In 1902, Independence was renamed Missouri's capital after becoming statehood day; it remained so until 1907 when Jackson was chosen as the new capital. In 1912, Independence became an incorporated city with its own government and police department. It experienced rapid growth during World War I and 1920s due to its strategic location at the junction of three major roadways - Route 66 (now Interstate 44), Route 100 and Missouri Routes 30 and 31 - making it an ideal spot for military training. During World War II, Hickman Air Force Base operated out of Independence from 1942-1945. During this time, many aircraft were produced there including Lockheed P-38 Lightning fighter planes which helped win World War II for America. After WWII ended, Hickman AFB closed down but portions of it still remain use today by local law enforcement agencies as well as storage for various materials used in manufacturing including auto parts and industrial components
