At UBI's request all assets including checking accounts were frozen effective September 6th2006 making it difficult for depositors or customers who may have needed access to money held on account since then unable access this type of funds or pay bills owed since then without incurring significant fees associated with doing so - those having such Accounts at UBI prior to this date will still be able to do so provided they maintain valid identification documentation (driver's license or passport) upon presentation at a branch location during normal business hours following grace period allowed by law; however deposits made prior to September 6th 2006 are void without proper proof of ownership/inclusion within stated document(s). The post office served Florissant from November 15th 1870 until February 14th 1912; during this time it mailed notices only once per week.
