There are numerous gun ranges and outdoor shoots available year-round, as well as several rifle/pistol clubs that meet monthly. The community also boasts its own annual firearms show which features more than 350 exhibitors from all over the United States. It's no wonder that firearm t-shirts are so popular here! The first extant firearm t-shirt was created in Crestwood in 1903 by local tailor Jules Weisman. Crestwood is a small town in Clay County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,433 at the 2010 census. It is part of the St. Louis Metropolitan Statistical Area. Crestwood was founded on May 9, 1839 by James Crandall and his wife Lucy. The name "Crestwood" comes from an Indian word meaning "a height or summit." The first post office in Crestwood was established in 1846, and it remained open until 1959. In 1860, Frederick Worth built the first house in Crestwood. In 1865, John Fenton bought a farm south of Crestwood and started growing corn and other vegetables there. The town developed into a small community with several stores and homes until World War II when most of the farms were taken over by the military for use as airfields or production plants. After the war, many farmers returned to their businesses but some left to start anew in rural areas around Missouri or West Virginia. In 1951, Crestwood had 2 churches: The Methodist Episcopal Church (built 1909) and First Baptist Church (built 1907). In 1957-1959 Crestwood had its own television station which aired programs from CBS affiliate KTVI-TV (channel 4). In 1969-1970 crestwood's school district merged with another Clay County school district to form Central Missouri School District #1 which remains today one of the most integrated school districts in central Missouri - with high percentages of students attending both public schools and private schools! Crestwood is located about 10 miles east of I-435 on Interstate 44 just north of junction road CR 417/619; exit 11A off I-44 near milepost 9; accessed from US Highway 612 east side off I-44 Northwest corner just before junction road CR 417 leads into town

This paper will discuss some of the most common firearm t-shirt designs and their historical significance. The first firearm t-shirt was created in 1967 by Don Freeman for Fortunato’s Sporting Goods in Long Beach, California. The design featured an image of a revolver with the phrase “Guns don’t make you safe, they make youxtonable” emblazoned across the breast pocket. The shirt became popular enough that it was reprinted multiple times and sold at local sporting goods stores nationwide. The early firearms t-shirt designs were quite simple in nature and did not feature any graphics or pictograms specific to firearms. They were instead designed to express support for gun violence prevention activities or NRA memberships. As time passed, however, more graphic and target-rich images began appearing on firearms t-shirts starting from 1971 when Berretta Corporation created a design featuring an American Eagle mascot holding two handguns side by side with the words “Berretta Keeps You Safe” written underneath them. Since then, many different companies have released their own unique firearm t-shirts series which continue to be popular today among enthusiasts and collectors alike. Crestwood was founded in 1854 by Andrew D. Crestwood, a entrepreneur and farmer. The town developed slowly until the late 1800s, when it began to grow rapidly due to its land riches and natural resources. Today, Crestwood is a small but vibrant community with a rich history that reflects the diverse cultures of its residents. The first settlers in Crestwood were farmers who arrived in the area in 1854. By 1860, Crestwood had become an important stop on the road between St Louis and Cairo. In 1868, Andrew D. Crestwood donated land to build a school and church in honor of his father-in-law, Reverend John Auldridge. The first school was built on what is now School Street and opened in 1870. The town's growth continued throughout the 19th century, thanks to its excellent infrastructure including roads, mills, churches, schools and hospitals. During World War I, Crestwood became an important supply center for the military because of its location at the crossroads of several routes connecting Missouri with Illinois and Texas. In 1920, crest wood was incorporated as a municipality which helped contribute to its rapid growth during this period of economic prosperity. In 1937, crest wood welcomed its first female mayor when Dorothy Yowell became the first woman elected from any Missouri municipality over 50 years old! today's population of around 860 makes crest wood one of America's most ethnically diverse communities!

In 1907, Crestwood was renamed Independence because of its status as the capital of Missouri. The town retained its significance until it lost much of its population and infrastructure during the Great Depression. Since then, Independence has become a smaller town located within Crestwood.
