In 1928, the company moved to its current location on Commercial Street in Brookhaven, Mississippi and continued producing pistols and rifles until 1978 when it went out of business.

Brookhaven was founded in 1892 by Dr. James Wickersham and his family as a small farming community on the banks of the Alabama River. In 1902, Brookhaven became an incorporated town and in 1907 it became a city under the name of Brookhaven. The original downtown core still exists today and includes many Federal buildings dating back to before incorporation including the White House and Capitol Building. In 1961, Hurricane Andrew caused widespread damage throughout much of southern Mississippi and parts of Alabama with significant effects on Brookhaven as well as nearby cities such as Gadsden and Decatur. On September 11th 2001, Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial airliners flown into New York City from Florida and crashed them into two towers killing all aboard without causing any injuries to anyone else within or outside those cities or communities affected. As a result of this terrorist attack on American soil Brookhaven experienced some heavy damage with several structures destroyed or severely damaged including most notably both statehouses located within walking distance of one another which were completely destroyed as well as numerous other businesses including several stores located immediately adjacent to each other that were also impacted along with multiple homes situated around town that were either heavily damaged or completely destroyed by hurricane forces alone totaling approximately $100 million in damages over less than 24 hours! The dominant economic activity currently occurring in Brookhaven is educational services with concentrations being found arounds Our Lady’s University (OLU) - which has been providing high-quality education for students across Mississippi since 1865 - local government officials office complex known locally as The Grove - home to municipal courts, police departments, fire stations etc., various private schools operated by religious denominations such as OLU own property/ operations therein but also numerous churches having student bodies present who attend these individual schools for worship services during instructional periods not related to academic instruction majorities currently living within walking distance from downtown cores containing libraries/ archives/ museums/ art galleries primarily dedicated to music/the arts only 3% (less than 10 minutes walk) central business district consisting primarily of large professional retailers almost evenly split between shopping malls located near larger metropolitan areas serving Greater Jackson area & adjoining counties surrounding it generally considered more economically depressed although some suburban areas have emerged recently characterized by increased production rates for goods exported away from region due largely to increase demand generated by fast growing agricultural & industrial section now identified mostly south side bordering Edgecombe County provides opportunity for new development
