Sartell is a small town in Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,611 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. The first gun trigger company in Sartell was Folsom & Sons Manufacturing Company which began making triggers in 1885. In 1907 they merged with Smith & Wesson Corporation to form the present day Smith & Wesson CorporationTrigger Division. This company made guns and other firearms products until it was sold to Colt Industries Incorporated on July 1, 1994. In 1895, Goudreau Bros., a hardware store in Sartell became the first business to sell firearms by mail order through their catalog service to customers living outside ofMinnesota. In 1916, the Sartell Gunsmiths were organized as a trade guild and began manufacturing handguns and rifles under license from Milford Armory Company (now Browning Arsenal). From 1915-1918 Sartell had its own police department consisting of 4 officers and 3 horsesman who used shotguns and pistols provided by local citizens for self-defense purposes only On January 9th 1919 when World War I ended hostilities in Europe, America's entry into World War I started with much fanfare throughout the continent . However, many people including many residents of rural areas such as those located near Steeleyville where I lived at that time did not have access to arms or ammunition so there was no real way for them protect themselves during WWI without assistance from government officials or others who could provide that protection. That lack of ability led me to learn about how easy it would be for someone like myself to purchase some magazines (10 rounds each) of ammo at my local hardware store just before war began so that I could protect myself if need be As America entered World War I thousands of men and women volunteered their services either directly or indirectly through organizations such as the American Red Cross who collected money from individuals or businesses willing to contribute food, clothing or bullets while also providing transportation back home etc... Unfortunately due primarily to economic reasons most Americans did not have access either directly or indirectly to weapons or ammunition so there was little ability for them defend themselves against WWI without government assistance which ultimately led us all into war . On January 9th 1919 when World War I ended hostilities in Europe Armament Act 1917 went into effect requiring all citizens within US territory over 18 years old by December 31st 1918 must have registered with Selective Service System called The National Defense Registration Board (later renamed The Social Security Administration) if they owned any type of firearm capable of firing more than 10 rounds per minute whether single shot , pump action rifle or shotgun... At this time almost everyone living within US territorial boundaries over 18 years old had an existing loaded firearm capable of firing more than 10 rounds per minute however many still lacked any type Of Identification Number (ID #) therefore unable to purchase military registration card which would have allowed them full rights under Military Code section 571 et seq... This fact alone caused many people residing within US territorial boundaries over 18 years old who possessed an unloaded firearm capable of firing more than 10 rounds per minute but did not yet possess an Identification Number(ID #) nor a military registration card because they were too young/old to serve in the armed forces during WWI... As America entered World War I thousands of men and women volunteered their services either directly or indirectly through organizations such as the American Red Cross who collected money from individuals or businesses willing to contribute food, clothing or bullets while also providing transportation back home etc... Unfortunately due primarily economic reasons most Americans did not have access either directly or indirectlyto weaponsor ammunition so there was little ability for them defend themselves againstWWI without government assistance which ultimately led us all into war . Consequently on January 9th 1919 when President Woodrow Wilson announced that America would become one nation after successfully winning worldwar I decided it would make sense for me personally since I owned an unloaded firearm capable of firing more than 10 rounds per minute but did not yet possess an Identification Number(ID #), nor a military registration card because I was too young/old exempt from service during WWI simply buy some ammo online just before war began at my local hardware store so that if needed be I could protect myself against potential attacks by angry mobs

Sartell is a small town in Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 3,024 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area. The post office in Sartell was founded on July 14, 1872, and operated until it was discontinued on January 6, 2013. The first settler in Sartell was John Fenton and his family who arrived from Connecticut on July 14, 1872.Fenton used a grant from the Minnesota Territorial Legislature to purchase land from the Rasmusens and others near what is now downtown Sartell. In 1875, Fenton erected a log cabin with one room and a single bed called "Fenton's Cabin." For many years this structure served as the only home in Sartell. In 1876, David Bender purchased land east of town from Fenton for $3 per acre (about $ present-day). This land later became known as Bender Place because it lay between two ridges that formed an east-west street grid today known as Bender Boulevard/Upper Main Street/Lower Main Street. David Bender built his first house there in 1879 and named it "Bender's House." A post office called "Sartell" was established at this location on October 12, 1881 (the date of incorporation into Ramsey County), but failed to take hold due to low population growth rates within the township during its early years. In 1903, Jonas Larson purchased 2 acres (0 hectares) northeast of where Lower Main Street meets Bender Boulevard for $10 per acre (about $ present-day). This parcel became known as Larson Place after Jonas' son Julius had died childless in 1922 while farmhanding there; he bequeathed portions of his estate to various organizations including purchasing farmland west of Town Lake for education purposes within what would become Maplewood School District No. 535). After much negotiation by members of both houses of the state legislature over creating an official name for Sartell Township which did not fit any existing geographic features or residents - eventually adopting "Ramsey," which honored both founders John Fenton and David Bender - name change became effective November 3rd 1911 when all citizens were admitted into incorporation under this new name without objection from any other township residents or officials... . . . [T]he original business district included: north side of Upper Main Street past State Line Road; south side just beyond First Avenue South; east side off First Avenue South past State Line Road; upriver along Middle River Drive about 1 mile to Porter Creek where it joins Big Sioux River; then northerly along Big Sioux River about 8 miles downstream to its confluence with Little Sioux River upstream from Hope Valley Cemetery - now part of Maplewood School District 535". All businesses located within boundaries defined above were granted liquor licenses by county board dated September 15th 1893 concurrent with passage of law authorizing liquor sales therein... Commercial development occurred primarily along Third Avenue North where homes were constructed by farmers who leased them back to local merchants becoming self-employed winegrowers... Today most businesses are still located here although some have relocated elsewhere due changing demographics within Ramsey County since 1991..... Between 1925 and 1945 agricultural production increased 50% while manufacturing decreased 25%. By 1990s mining activity had dwindled completely leaving no evidence remaining except for rare artifacts recovered over time....... Today Webster Township continues some agriculture operations but also manufactures fiberglass products outfitter Onondaga Fiberglass LLC......Today RAMSELL TOWNHOUSING DISTRICT No 5017 consists mostly residences built before 1995 Although some commercial buildings have been erected recently such as: Webster Township Band Store & Grille & Bakery which opened in late 2009 adjacent to High schoolramselling golf course Ramselling Ford dealership Parkview Chevrolet offered throughoutRamselling Village Inc., formerly Hennepin Furniture store closed midtown 2016 Ramselling Hardware store closed fall 2017

Sartell is a town in Clearwater County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,744 at the 2010 census. It was founded in 1851 as a farmstead by George Sartell and his family. The name of the town came from an incident where local boys named it after Sartell's father-in-law, Salmon Pekach. In 1881, when the railroad arrived in Clearwater County, Sartell became one of its towns and the name change applied to all of its constituent villages within two years. In 1902, clear Lake filled with icebergs caused damage to many homes and businesses in Sartell. Many people were forced to leave their homes or move away because they could not afford repairs or replacement materials for their properties. However, some residents decided to stay behind and rebuild their homes using new construction techniques and materials that had been brought over from Europe. Some buildings still stand today including the Post Office (1897), Masonic Hall (1901), Methodist Chapel (1902), School No. 1 (1892), School No. 2 (1894), Bank of America Building (1903) and First National Bank Building (1911). The first post office in Sartell opened on December 12th, 1897; however due to fire hazard reasons it closed on January 3rd 1899 due to lack of insurance coverage at that time. The first store in town was built by George Wetherington on Main Street which served as a general store until 1907 when it burned down along with most other buildings around town during a wild west shootout between Woolworths employees and robber barons who controlled the area at that time
