Today, Hopkins has several businesses that contribute to its economy – including three grocery stores (Grocery Outlet Store Inc., Centennial Markets Inc., & First Avenue Grocery), two gas stations (Hopkins ExxonMobil station & Park City Fuel Station), two restaurants (Pizza Hut & Red Lobster), as well as more than 50 private residences and two schools – both elementary schools and middle schools – which provide educational opportunities for local residents through after-school programs and summer classes.
