Ar15 upper receivers have been in use by the Ham Lake Rifle and Pistol Club for over 50 years. The club has three different types of ar15 rifles: a Mauser, an AR-10, and an AK47. All three types are chambered in 7.62x39mm NATO, which is the most common caliber used in personal firearms today. The first Ar15 rifle was built in 1957 by John Denton of Ham Lake. This rifle was designed to be a replacement for the World War II-era US Springfield Armory M1 Garand rifle. The Ar15 was successful and quickly became popular among members of the Ham Lake Rifle and Pistol Club. In 1970, the club decided to build their own manufacturing plant to produce their own rifles instead of relying on licensed manufacturers. This allowed the club to continue manufacturing their own rifles without having to worry about quality control or competitors coming up with better-quality products. The parkerizing process that is used on all our rifles is one of oldest continuous handcrafting processes in existence – it’s estimated that it began around 1700 BC! Today, the Ham Lake Rifle and Pistol Club continues production of its own AR15 rifles using state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Ham Lake is a small town in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The population was 1,471 at the 2010 census. It is located within Blue Earth County on the eastern edge of the Ramsey National Forest and is part of the Duluth-Moorhead, MN metropolitan area. The community was founded in 1881 by Norwegian immigrants as a farming village named Hamarvatn. By 1920, it had grown to include a post office, two churches, and over 100 dwellings. In 1925, it became an incorporated town with its own government, fire department, and schools; but it reverted to farm village status by 1960. Today Ham Lake remains a sleepy agricultural village with only about 50 residents who depend on agriculture for their income; however, there are several businesses in the community that offer services such as plumbing and home repairs as well as vehicle sales and fuel purchases. The hamlet also includes a small public park with tennis courts and playground equipment as well as several buildings from when Hamarvatn first settlement flourished: a blacksmith shop and sawmill built around 1880; an insurance office/lawyer's office built around 1910; a grocery store built around 1915 (now apartments); two churches - oneMethodist and one Lutheran - both constructed in 1925; plus several homes from when people moved into Hamarvatn after arriving here from Norway during World War I or World War II: Forrester House (built 1886), Stineholm House ( Built 1901), Heiligenhofen House ( Built 1916), etc.. It should be noted that while many features of life in early 20th century Hamlarvatn may have been similar to those today remaining among its citizens - including modest incomes and no internet or cell service - some unique aspects did not remain constant over time such as horsedrawn wagon transportation between these villages being the primary mode of transportation until buses arrived in the late 20th century. This change likely came about due to cars becoming more affordable here following World War II which led to larger families moving out of rural areas into towns where they could live close to work opportunities whereas farmers continued to milk cows for food even though this source of income was less reliable now than it had been back then given access to newer technologies like tractors which allowed them to milk their cows electronically instead of walking across open country).
