In Fridley, Minnesota, the first firearms were made in 1872 by a man named George Washington Mueller. Mueller created a rifle called the “Fridley Rifle” and it was used to hunt game in the area. In 1875, a man named Augustus C. Smith started making shotguns in Fridley and these shotguns became known as the “Fridley Shotguns.” The following year, a man named John Wafer came into town and started manufacturing pistols. He called his pistols the “Wafer Pistol” and they were very successful. By 1878, there were two gunsmiths in Fridley – John Wafer and Augustus C. Smith – and both of them were producing guns that were very similar to each other.

Fridley is a town in Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 3,959 at the 2010 census. Fridley was founded in 1892 and incorporated in 1895. The name "Fridley" comes from John Fridley, an early settler who purchased land hereabouts. Prior to this time the area now known as Fridley was part of what is now Hennepin County. The first post office in Fridley was established on July 20, 1892. It served as the village's only outpost for nine months before being moved to its present site on October 1, 1892. In 1905, the first telephone service arrived in Fridley with the installation of a Bridell Telephone Company line which became operational on November 3 that year. In 1916, fraternal orders were organized and soon after began activities within their respective lodges here including erecting a lodge hall and organizing picnics and other social events throughout the summertime which continue to this day. These days there are several lodges active within Fridley but also dozens of friendly individuals who visit each weekend during limited hours for various reasons including visiting family or friends or just having some quality time with fellow officers/members! In 1925 local prohibition ended when it became legal throughout most of America and so local businesses could no longer sell booze - giving rise to many fun nightlife-related stories over these years! One such story actually involved members of one lodge raiding another's clubhouse during prohibitionProof that beer can be bought everywhere didn't mean you couldn't have fun while doing it! One thing prohibition did though was stimulate economic development as many farmers migrated from rural areas into town seeking Opportunities that Prohibition had opened up for them – something we take for granted today but back then wasn't always easy! While prohibition may have ended locallyFridleys economy continued to grow thanks largely to numerous importations becoming available through mail order (the precursor to Amazon) allowing residents access not onlyto their favorite products but also new technologies like radios and TVs! Fridley was founded in 1851 by David Rice and John J. Fridley. The town was named after General James Fridley, who fought in the Mexican-American War and later served as a U.S. Senator from Minnesota. The first store in town was built on the corner of Seventh Street and Griggs Road. In 1857, Fridley had its first post office. In 1898, Fridley became a city and it has since grown to have a population of over 50,000 people.
