In addition to its rich history*, Cottage Grove has also become known for its delicious food which can be found at more than twenty restaurants including acclaimed cafes like Café du Nord* (crisp bacon wrapped dates), Smokey Joe's BBQ & Pizza* (a popular spot for ribs), Pigeon Forge Coffee Company*, Two Hands BakERY opened up shop on Main Street in 2018 *(nb - this establishment closed down prior to the article being published), as well as several other unique spots residents enjoy throughout their day or evening commute into downtown Minneapolis or St Paul. A wide variety of events take place throughout year that include art fairs/ exhibits/ concerts/ festivals etc., making it one stop for everyone from farmers markets to family reunions/ business meetings all while keeping things fun!

The second phase added additional stores including Sears (later Sears Holdings) and JCPenney until it reached its current size today. Cottage Grove has experienced many changes over time – most notably through its relationship with nearby Rochester Hills - but it has always been an important community within Minnesota's growing urban area. Today, Cottage Grove continues to maintain close relationships with its neighbors throughout North America through events such as annual family festivals or golf tournaments attended by locals and visitors alike
