The DeBenedictis Brothers continued producing this product until 1971 when they sold their business to International Sporting Goods Incorporated (ISG). ISG continued production until 1996 when they merged with Matrix Shooting Systems Incorporated (MSSI). As a result, many businesses moved out of downtown Minneapolis and into new neighborhoods such as Cottage Grove. Today, Cottage Grove is an important community located in central Minnesota near both Saint Anthony Falls and Minneapolis-St Paul Airport.
