Additionally there are several parks/open space areas such as Lakewood Golf Course(1925), Maple Grove Park(1927), East Side Park(1928), West Side Park(1929) & Highland Hills Open Space Preserve(1986). There are also several restaurants located throughout town such as Dutch Bros.(1981), Lighthouse Cafe&Bar(1987), Old World Cafe& grill(1991)(closed 2009)( reopened 2014 ), Chinese takeout spot Dragon Boat Kitchen & Diner](1996)(closed 2018 ), Jack In The Box ($)and Red Lobster ($) .
