One of the first gunssmiths in the area was Charles Woodbury, who operated his business from a small shop on the corner of State and Elm streets. In 1906, he opened up his own shop and continued to work withguns and other tools until his death in 1951. At that time, woodworking was a major industry in Apple Valley and Charles Woodbury's shop was one of the most successful in town. Many of today's Gun Hammer employees were trained at Mr. Woodbury's shop. Today, there are several gun hammer businesses located in Apple Valley. The oldest is American Tool & Equipment (ATE), which has been operating since 1957. This company specializes in handgunsmithing supplies and equipment, as well as knife repairs and sharpenings. Other businesses include Gun Hammer Inc., which opened up in 1984; Hammered Guns & Gear LLC., which began operations in 1991; Gun Shop Enterprises LLP., which became operational in 1995; AND C&R Pistol Shop LLC., which became operational in 2003! All these businesses provide various services related togunhammering including: firearm repair/sharpenings, tool storage/display, ammunition sales/loading/export, barrel manufacturing/testing/repair-and-installation, custom builds!

Apple Valley, Minnesota is a small town in the United States. The population was 3,552 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Ramsey County. Apple Valley is located on the north side of Ramsey County and east of Minneapolis. The area that would become Apple Valley was first settled by Norwegian-Americans in 1851. early residents were farmers and lumberjacks who loganded to make their living off the land they farmed or harvested from their cabins on coves near present day Apple Valley Boulevard and Lower Canada Road. apple valley post office opened on October 6, 1855, as part of a larger consolidation of several villages in Ramsey County including: Appleton, Bluffsdale, Bloomington Heights, Canadian Falls and Clearwater Beach. At its peak during World War II it had a population of 913 people post office box #32327 which also served as an airstrip for military aircraft used during the war (now closed). In 1924 when Rural Electrification Administration (REA) began building transmission lines across northern Minnesota it passed through Apple Valley along segments now known as South First Street (Apple Valley Boulevard), East Hennepin Avenue (now Fourth Street), North Main Street (now Maple Avenue) and West First Street/Minnesota Avenue. With construction completed in 1927 there were no longer any commercial buildings between what are now University Avenue east to Maple Avenue/West First Street nor between University Ave./East Hennepin Ave./Third St & Third St/Minnesota Ave., so businesses had to move out into neighborhoods such as Cedar Lake and Minnetonka where they currently live today with few traces remaining of those original homes or businesses which once thrived within walking distance or less than one mile from where their families lived until recently. With Rapid Transit service becoming available southward via I-35W beginning in 1945 things changed for apple valley residents with bus service running directly from downtown Minneapolis every 10 minutes until 1975 when service was discontinued due to budget cuts; however some buses still run today along 5th avenue between Interstate 35W & Maple avenue providing easy access to both new shopping centers built along I-35W near his current site - Target Plaza & Target Mall - as well as Millennium Park just north of town center offering plenty of outdoor activities year round for those interested including golfing, fishing, biking etc... Today many people who originally walked or took public transit no longer have either option given distances have increased making transportation difficult if not impossible especially during busy seasons like Christmas time when travel becomes very expensive! Even taking private cars onto local streets becomes increasingly difficult due to lack thereof even though suburbs like Eden Prairie offer large numbers type A sedans accessible 24/7!

Apple Valley was founded in 1872 by George and Jennie Apple. The apple tree nursery, still in operation today, was started by Jennie Apple in 1877. In the early 1900s, the Apples opened a small grocery store on Main Street called The Grapes. They also operated a sawmill and an oven. In 1907, they bought out the Creek family's stake in the town and changed its name to Apple Valley. The Apples moved their grocery store to Timmstown Avenue in 1916, when it became part of the newly formed city of Apple Valley. The bakery moved to North First Street in 1929 and closed that year; however, it reopened as a restaurant after being sold to Jansen’s Restaurant Management Company Ltd. It is now known as Pinnacle Mill Grill & Brewery LLC.
