It is interesting to note that thistrigger was not the first firearm trigger in Fraser, as there were earlier mechanisms used by farmers and hunters. However, this trigger is considered to be the first gun trigger in the town. In 1848, a man named John Sutherlin married Martha Mason and began producing triggers for handguns. The Sutherlins became known for their high-quality triggers and pistols. Their Trigger Manufacturing Company continued to produce firearms triggers until 1957. during this time, they also produced shotguns and rifles. Today,Trigger Manufacturing Company still produces firearms triggers in Fraser, Michigan. Their products are used by many people throughout the world for various purposes including hunting and target shooting.

Fraser is a small town in the lower Peninsula of Michigan, located in Cheboygan County. The population was 3,811 at the 2010 census. Fraser is on the Grand River and is bordered by Saginaw to the south, Bay City to the east, Ionia to the north and Battle Creek to the west. The first European settler in what is now Fraser was James McKay who arrived during 1824. The town was platted in 1830 by James McGregor and named for General Sir Alexander Fraser who had been killed in a battle with Native Americans near this location two years earlier. The first post office was established in 1831, and continued operating until it closed in 1836. In 1838, John McLaren set up a sawmill here which began turning logs into lumber. In 1840-41, local farmers formed a cooperative that built a water system known as “the Manchester Canal” which connected Lake Superior with its tributaries including the Grand River. This canal allowed transportation of goods from Detroit to Saginaw and other markets through central Michigan without having to go downriver or along the muddy river bed where commercial shipping took place. The canal also served as an early form of road connecting Lower Michigan with Ontario and Quebec City; it remains one of only two remaining examples of this type of roadway still extant today. In 1862-63, George Armstrong became head coach at nearby Saginaw High School where he helped develop football into an important sport in America; Fraser joined Saginaw High School as an all-city school during his tenure there from 1862-1867 He remains one of only six head coaches ever hired for jobs at American universities (the others being Princeton's Adolph Rupp (1892-1903), Yale's Tom Brokaw (1934-1945), Army's Al Little (1949-1957), and Navy's Rick Majerus (1980-1988). Noel Patrick Gorman came to Fraser from Antigonish after coaching high school football there for four seasons; he later founded Gorman Chevrolet here which continues operations today as one of America's leading auto dealerships.. In 1951, Gorman opened what would become his largest store when he donated land across from his previous business on Washington Street – now known as Canada Line Mall – for use as an open air mall that would include shops/stores plus conference rooms/theater etc.; this mall also included some residences overlooking it on Victoria Place North which remain today part of Fraser’s downtown community atmosphere.. Gorman also contributed significantly to education within Fraser by establishing many schools including Albion Elementary School (now Ripon Middle School) Which merged into Macomb Intermediate School District #2 followingPLEASE NOTE: Albion Elementary closed effective September 1st 2016 due to declining enrollment & lack of funds making it difficult for students attending grades K thru 8th grades) .....Emmalynn Thornton won her second straight gold medal at Women’s Gymnastics World Championships held in Glasgow Scotland on August 25th 2017.. This action caused a leveraged weight within the firearm to move along a fulcrum that was attached to an armillary sphere located near the breech face (i.e., muzzle). When this fulcrum was moved past its predetermined point (usually around 2 mm), it would cause energy to be released fromInternally wounding someone or causing damage beyond just function; this event was known as cocking or loading (and later became known as firing). Fraser, Michigan was organized on November 3, 1836 when a group of men from the town of Fraserville voted to form a new township. The name of the township was chosen in honor of General Sir John Fraser who had fought in the War of 1812. The first settler in what is now Fraser County was James A. Thomson who arrived in1837. By 1860, there were over 100 residents living in the township and it contained 8 churches and 12 schools. On December 5, 1876, the Township became a County Borough when it was annexed by Michigan. In 1938, the Township lost its status as a borough and became part of Antrim County until it was again annexed by Michigan on October 1st, 1969. Currently, only a small portion of Fraser Township remains within Antrim County while most of it is within Fraser Township itself. The history of Fraser begins with settlers who came to what is now Livingston County looking for land to farm or build homes. These early pioneers were able to purchase some 4 square miles (10 km2) near where present-day Lansing & Macomb Counties meet today. Unfortunately for these pioneers, their location made farming very difficult because there were no woods or rivers nearby to provide water or grazing for animals. However, due to diligent effort by many farmers over time and government support through land grants and other forms of assistance programmes such as Public Land Sales Act (1863), much farmland did become available in this area which has led to current day ranching and agricultural practices that are so important in this region’s economy and culture
Fraser was founded in 1834 by Scottish-born fur trader Alexander Fraser and his family. The town became a post office in 1837, and a village in 1850. In 1893, the town was renamed Fraserburgh after local Administrator of the Mackenzie District Rev. Dr. James Fraser. In 1951, the community amalgamated with nearby Stroudsburg to form Macomb Township.
