Today there are only a few remnants remaining from these days including: Fort Hood Museum which opened in 1998; Point Reyes National Seashore Visitor Center which opened in 2000; Asbury Park Pier Historic District which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006; Sawmill Lake Recreation Area which opened in 2007; Harbourfront Centre mall which was completed in 2009; and Old Monroe Street Bridge over Gordons Harbor from downtown to HarbourFront Centre mall which reopened on October 2nd, 2009 after being closed for almost 20 years due to deterioration caused by lack of funding The city also experienced significant revitalization during this time such as Orchard Park Golf Course becoming one OF THE FIRST GOLF COURTS IN AMERICA TO OPEN FOR BUSINESS IN A CITY WITH A MILLION DOLLARS IN INVESTMENT Since then progress has continued apace with plans announced earlier this year for a new $500 million mixed-use project that would include office towers, residential units, retail space、a sportsplex、and more This growth potential has led many people within Cadillac to begin calling themselves "Cadillacians" or even "cadillacologists".
