Some firearms come standard without these features but others do include them so it is ultimately up to the buyer whether they want them or not. Additionally some buyers prefer illuminated sights while others prefer unilluminated sights; however all sound off when fired so there is no real way to determine which one would be best for you unless you fire each one side by side!
