The original Hercules expandable scope mount was created in the early 1990s by then-Interspiron Dynamics CEO, Rick Smith. It allowed users to increase the magnification of their optics by attaching a second unit to the side of their rifle barrel. The mount also had a dovetail design that allowed for adjustments of elevation and windage.

About half (53%) ofAnn Arbor's residents are White American citizens age 25 or older – fourth highest percentage in the United States after New York City (NY), Los Angeles(CA) and Chicago (IL). African Americans make up only 9%ofAnnArbour's population[9], which is lower than both Phoenix (AZ) at 20%and Minneapolis (MN) at 28%. Hispanic/Latino origin makes up about 15%ofAnnArbour's population but this number drops precipitously below 10%when comparing Hispanics/Latinos from different parts of Latin America or Caribbean countries living here long term like Mexico or Puerto Rico.[10] One reason for these high levelsof diversity is that Ann Arborservices infrastructure doesn't easily Mexicanize - unlike some other large Midwestern towns where either Spanish or Portuguese surnames are common among residents born hereabouts: nearly half our residents have foreign parents; less than 1 out 5 people has an Irish surname; less than 1 out 8 people has a German surname; not one person on our list has an Italian surname... Our culture reflects our multiculturalism – we celebrate differences instead OF conformity."
Ann Arbor was founded in 1817 as a small town on the banks of the crippling Straits of Mackinac.
