It wasn't until after Representative Josiah Quincy's tenure that voting took place within Hartford Township which included parts of modern day Webster or Billerica Township before being moved out into Hartford Village in 1922 when that township merged with Watertown In 1870-71 there were four schools in Westfield: Bethany Female Academy (founded1870), Holy Cross Female Academy (founded1871), Hill School for Boys (founded1872) and Stonington Female School (founded1875). In 1915-16 there were six schools: Newton Female School (founded1915), Holyoke Male School (founded 1916), Wellesley Female School (born 1917), South Hadley Male school(born 1918), Allston Female school(born 1919) There are also two private schools located within walking distance: Weston Academy & Northampton Country Day School On October 1st 1886 President Grover Cleveland announced via proclamation that "Westfield" would become "the most central point in all this area", since it would house both Congregational churches as well as state government buildings including jails and courthouses which would be built adjacent to each other across Main Street McCurdy Avenue - making it possible for businesses within city limits but not inside city walls to do business without having their doors closed by city officials! With this announcement came increased development throughout what would become known as "the Square Mile" with businesses coming together aroundwhat is now Monument Square - allowing residents access not onlyto jobs but also services like mail delivery, public transportation etcetera!
