Glock also released an upgraded model known as “Glock 19” that incorporated hybrid metal/polymer frame construction that made it far more durable than previous models while still being lightweight enough to be carried anywhere without problems. Glock eventually produced several variants dedicated to specific markets such as law enforcement agencies in Asia where they were known as "Pistol Grip" pistols while American Glocks were designated " SIG Sauer Arms USA Armory" handguns until recently when they changed this designation back to "GLOCK". Revere is a town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 3,834 at the 2010 census. The town is on the border of Plymouth and Worcester Counties. It is bordered by the towns of Holyoke to the north and Wellesley to the east. To its south are the towns of Northampton and Leominster. Revere was first settled in 1638 by Puritans from England who had become refugees during the English Civil War. The village started as a small community near what is now downtown Revere Beach. In 1773, after English troops burned much of Boston during their siege of that city, many Congregationalists fled to Revere to rebuild their churches and homes there. That same year, John Adams became President of the United States and sent a delegation to London which included his brother Timothy Pickering to negotiate new trade treaties with France and Spain. Adams also visited Revere where he impressed upon its residents that they should remain together through times of prosperity or adversity in order "to maintain our common defence" against any possible future enemy attack on Boston. In 1809, when Maine became a state following its Admission into the Union as part of Vermont, Plymouth County joined it as well; thus reuniting all three counties under one governance structure for half a century until they were abolished as counties altogether in 1926 when Plymouth County chose not to participate in statewideignity changes affecting neighboring counties which then reorganized themselves into separate states (New Hampshire and Maine). The history of Revere begins with European settlement by Pilgrims from Salem Village on Cape Cod Bay in 1638-9 followed by waves of immigrants over ensuing decades both English-born (mainly Congregationalists) but also Germans (17th century), Irish Catholics (18th century), Italian Americans (19th century), Poles (1920s), Japanese Americans (1940s) and others who arrived seeking opportunities for land, labor or opportunity outside their native countries during an era when America was becoming increasingly diverse racially/ culturally/economically speaking due largely to waves of new arrivals since Reconstruction – an era which ended abruptly with World War II when most Amerindians were forced out via internment camps located throughout eastern New England while white American baby boomers moved into positions of economic power across central Massachusetts Yankee society).
