They also have a weight between twenty and forty pounds (nine to fifteen kilograms). On the other hand, when humans walk on three legs they reach heights up to about seventy-five inches (two hundred thirty meters), weigh close to one thousand pounds (440 kilograms), and have a body length around six feet three inches (1.8 meters). This type of walking allows humans to cover more ground in shorter time frames than they could while using only two legs. Additionally, this form of locomotion provides better balance because each foot can move independently during movement. However, this type of walking requires more strength than an ungulate or equinewalker because it is not just done with gravity pulling you along but with your muscles pulling you forward plus your heel which helps keep you balanced while moving

Melrose, Massachusetts was a town in Andover County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 3,390 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Boston metropolitan area. The first settler in Melrose was John Winthrop, who arrived in 1636. In 1834, there were only 208 people living in Melrose; by 1900 it had grown to 1,827 residents. Most of the growth came during World War II as the town became an important shipping and war-related center. After the war ended and Melrose lost some of its manufacturing importance, its population has slowly declined since 2000. Today it has a small downtown core and few other businesses outside of its residential areas.
Melrose was first settled by English colonists in 1624. The town became a part of Massachusetts in 1786.
