This made it much easier for you to remove/attach your scope without having TOOLS available! Additionally, TSA scopes tended be less expensive than later models while still being reliable and durable! In 1945, Albert Einhorn developed what is now known as "Aguila" Style ScopeMounts which used three screws instead of two tubes like predecessors models. This allowed you increased flexibility when attaching/removing your scope since there were multiple positions that could be occupied! Furthermore, Aguila scopes tended be more expensive than later models while still being reliable and durable! Generally speaking though, most Rifleman prefer bolt-on or Screw On Scopes because they require little maintenance (excluding cleaning) compared To guila style scopes that require more effort but tend provide better performance overall
