WBI would remain one of America’s leading knife manufactures until its acquisition by Emerson Cutlery Corporation (ECC) in 1987. In 1987 ECC merged with Victorinox AG which created Victorinox USA Incorporated (VIN). Today VIN produces world-class forged stainless steel knifes under the leadership of President and CEO Edward Condon who has led us since our inception over 25 years ago!
