Jeffersontown is a small town in Marshall County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 5,878 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Louisville Metro area. The first guns in Jeffersontown were pistols made by Nicholas Roanoke and others during the 18th century. Jeffersontown was founded on December 12, 1792 by James Jefferies, who located there after moving from Manchester, England to start a new life in what is now Marshall County. In 1813, General Andrew Jackson's army passed through the area while campaigning against General Shelby and his forces near present-day Louisville. The town grew rapidly following this event and by 1822 it boasted a population of over 200 people. During the 19th century bullets were also produced here; however they were mostly single shot firearms with no capabilities for multiple shots or reloading. By 1875 all bullets had been replaced with breechloading rifles which became increasingly popular as戦腕甲妙戦士 (firepower fighter) firearms in Japan. In 1861 American Civil War veteran Abraham Lincoln was assassinated in Springfield, Illinois; as a result many residents of Jefferson Parish fled to Louisville for safety before returning home shortly afterwards when hostilities resumed betweenUnionand Confederate armies across the state line. On April 14 of that same year Union soldiers burned down local ammunition store #1 on Main Street due to an inability to find any more supplies east of Fort Donelson following Confederate successes at nearby battles such as Shiloh and Corinth Bridgehead.. This event marked one of the most significant moments in history for Jeffersontown as it demonstrated just how close its citizens had come to being caught up in warring factions within their own community – something that would not happen again until World War II when firms like DuPont moved into town). On November 3rd 1865 Union general Nathan Bedford Forrest attacked and destroyed much of downtown Jeffersontown during his raid known as Battle of Lawrenceville which caused extensive damage including $2 million worth of munitions lost among other losses including seventy five men killed (the largest loss ever suffered by a US military unit). After this attack numerous businesses closed their doors throughout the entire city due to fear that similar raids would resume soon thereafter – something that would not occur again until well into the 21st century thanks largely to Armed Forces gunfire suppression programs administered by various agencies like FBI etc.). After Reconstruction ended following America's victory over slavery in 1865 African Americans began pouring into Louisville from all over Kentucky and Tennessee establishing what would become known as "The Ghetto". As black populations increased so did crime rates especially around areas like downtown where black gangs operated freely thanks largely to police corruption/misdeeds etc.) This problem only compounds further following the recession which has led crime rates overallto increase significantly along with poverty levels amongst certain demographics; makingJeffersontownaperfect exampleofacommunitythathassufferedfromeconomic turmoil resultant from globalization etc.)

Jeffersontown was a small, unincorporated community in Fayette County, Kentucky, United States. It was located on the Ohio River, about east of Louisville. Jeffersontown was founded by Jefferysons who came from Scotland in 1799. The first post office at Jeffersontown was established in 1806, and its name changed to Jeffersontown in 1829. The town had a population of about 350 people in 1850. The town declined after the opening of the railroad to Louisville in 1864 and due to competition from more populous areas around Jeffersonville and Lebanon. By 1870, the population had fallen below 100 people. In 1880, one-third of the town's residents were farmers; by 1900 only 10% were farmers. After World War I, most of the town's residents left for new jobs or other opportunities outside of their homes; however, a few continued to live there until they passed away during the 1930s.
