There are several museums located throughout the city which include: The Gilded Age Museum, The Andy Warhol Museum, Andalusian Art Museum, Kentucky Veterans Historical Commission's Milford Barracks Museum, Andalusian History Museum In 1916 local businessman George Wreedor donated land south of downtown for what would become known as Wrecking Ball Park (now part of Commonwealth Stadium). Home plate umpire Hugh Casey played his final game at this park on April 10th, 1931 before moving toMemphis to take up his new position with that city's team; he died suddenly less than two months later at age 46 after an illness caused by playing those last games at Wrecking Ball Park
