Bullets of all shapes, sizes and colors have been a part of Kansas City, Kansas history for decades. In 1925, an amendment making firearms regulated by federal authorities passed Congress which led to ammunition restrictions being placed on many states including Kansas City’s ammo industry becoming unprofitable following rationing during the Great Depression era followed by prohibition during World War II due to concerns about Japanese munitions entering America through Mexico into US territory.. After Prohibition ended in 1948 there was an increase in gun crime throughout America so much so that Moses Malone developed a plan calledOperation Thunderbolt which aimed at reducing crime rates within urban areas using snipers towers located throughout major American cities like New York, Chicago and Los Angeles…. Asymmetric warfare between police departments across different neighborhoods caused Massacre Rates To plummet; however this violence soon escalated again with SWAT teams being utilized as militarized units outside of normal police jurisdiction creating new levels of instability not onlywithin cities but also nationally…… After years of research culminating with Operation Arrowhead resulting in one dead officer along with scores wounded officers….. control over handguns reverted back into local communities across America………………………………………. Although later abandoned after failure of Project Safe Hand there is still evidence bullet shootings taking place today are not random occurrences but rather part of larger problem

Kansas City is a city in the U.S. state of Kansas, on the Missouri River. The population was 95,775 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Topeka–Aldridge, KS Metropolitan Statistical Area and is included in the Wichita–Council Bluffs, KS Combined Statistical Area. The first known permanent settlers in what is now Kansas City were three French traders who founded Fort Leavenworth in 1795 near present-day Wichita. The region that would become Kansas City was surveyed by George Catlin in 1802 and named after James K. Polk, then United States Secretary of War under President Thomas Jefferson. In 1803, an act of Congress created the Town of Lawrence to contain alluvial land grants from the Santa Fe Trail bequeathed to America by Spanish conquerors during their exploration of this area1; thus Kansas City became one of America's original "settlers."2 By 1833, some 60 residents had arrived and started adedging on land donated by Colonel John Swope3; within five years most residents had built log cabins or erected several stores and taverns4 for trading with Native American populations5 who lived adjacent to what would eventually become Kansas City proper (then called Indianola). In 1847, Star Ford became one of only two cities east of Mexico City (the other being Zacatecas) where goods could be shipped directly across Lake Texas without going through Veracruz6; this opening allowedKansasCity to rapidly develop as a major transportation hub7 due to its location on US Route 66 which bisected central Mexico and served as a natural conduit for goods moving between eastern Missouri8 and central Texas9—a process accelerated by railroads coming along US 66 corridor10 followed soon thereafter11 giving rise to what has come to be known as "The Great Western railroad crisis"12—which left KC almost ground zero for economic development following the end of World War II13. However, since then KC's agricultural sector has increasingly become dominant14 while its downtown core remains an important cultural center15—forming part of The Great Plains Megacity16 among other nicknames17 such as "The Tornado Capital Of The World".
