From 1907 until 1930 there were no elections held outside of Springdale due to high population growth rates caused by railroad construction projects throughout Riley County%. However since then there have been periodic elections held within cities limits accompanied by increased representation via voting process among those residing within these boundaries rather than just those living beyond them like prior years When combined with increases in manufacturing jobs throughout Central Kansas during the late 1990s/2000s across all towns experiencing some level of growth (euphemistically referred as “ suburbanization”), this trend changed considerably during 2007-2013 when only village-level representation occurred within central KS municipalities
