In 1945, when warfare ended in Europe, many of these weapons were surrendered or destroyed along with most other technology during World War II because they were considered Class A Weapons according to international law at that time (weapons that could cause death or serious injury should they fall into enemy hands). Despite their rarity today these old guns are still incredibly powerful and versatile devices capable of firing large numbers of rounds per minute with great accuracy from distances up to 100 yards!
