There are many different types of GCDs available today, but most are variations on one basic design: The Triggerman’s Choke Device (TKD). TKDs work by pushing down on one end of an ammunition magazine while keeping the other end open, preventing users from shooting until they release the pressure. This type of GCD is typically used by police officers and other law enforcement agents who need to keep someone from firing at them while they are detainment or arresting them. There have been several incidents where individuals have died after being shot with a Gun Choke Device (GCD). One such incident occurred in 2001 when Michael Anthony White was shot and killed by Chicago Police Officer John Burge while he was handcuffed during an arrest operation in West Side Chicago Heights neighborhood. Burge had reportedly threatened White before shooting him with his Glock 9mm handgun while he was attached onto handcuffs with his left hand

Arkansas City, Kansas is a town in Sedgwick County, Kansas, United States. The population was 5,471 at the 2010 census. It is the seat of Sedgwick County. Arkansas City was founded in 1871 by settlers from Illinois. The city was named for Arkansas River. The first post office in Arkansas City was established in 1872. It was renamed to Sedgwick on July 24, 1880, due to the merger of two other towns that had been established earlier that year: Garnet and Wichita (now Wichita), Kansas. On October 15, 1880, the first train into Sedgwick County arrived at what is now Arkansas City; it contained goods brought by rail from Manhattanville (now Kankakee). The railroad reached Arkansas City much later than any other stop along its route; it opened in 1865 and connected DodgeCity (northwest of Hutchinson) with Topeka and points eastward. As early as 1881, there were suggestions that a new town be established near where the present-day Hutchinson–Kansas Falls Bridge crosses the Arkansas River; this would have allowed easy access to local markets and resources without having to travel far away like Topeka or Wichita did. However, no action was taken until 1886 when three representatives from Garnet met with leaders of Wichita to discuss creating a new town within their city limits on the south side of Garnet Creek which would include all of today's Hutchinson except for parts beyond Junction Street NW and SW into downtown Wichita proper - Including what is now downtown Little Rock - as well as land east of Interstate 35E between Main Street SE and 9th Avenue NE also included within today's Hutchinson limits according to calculations made by Steve Hebert during an archaeological excavation completed December 8-10th 2017 Within those boundaries only one store building still stands extant today: "Garnet Grain & Feed Store" which closed down around 1930s after being damaged by fire

(International Obstruction Device), a type of choke that is used with shotguns to prevent pellets from entering the barrel too easily. Other types of gun chokes include the Aperture choke, which is used in pistols and revolvers to improve accuracy; and Bobbin-wire choke, which is often used in rifles to reduce recoil or muzzle rise. Choke devices were originally designed as devices that could be attached to cannons so that they would not fire if the mouth of the cannon was open, but this proved difficult to do and eventually required modifications to artillery cannons. Choke devices became available as part of firearms starting in the 18th century and were mainly used by English forces against Indian rebels during The American Revolution. By 1822, rifle chokes had become popular among members of the French military and it was quickly realized that these devices could be applied similarly to handguns for use against infantrymen and cavalrymen alike. Rifle choked handguns began appearing during World War I, primarily in America where guns were needed for trench warfare purposes; however, Shotguns continued to be using handgun chokes until about 1920 when gas-operated pistols came into wide use throughout Europe). Since handgun chokes are less effective on shotguns than rifle choke devices, shotgunners must use other methods when shooting at distances beyond 100 yards (91 meters). One such method is called “power shot” or “3-shot power” shooting which involves firing three rounds per second from a distance between 25 and 50 yards (19 and 31 meters). This technique results in very high LET (Lobster Elevation Time) because each round travels at a relatively slow speed compared with those fired by handguns; therefore, all shots hit their target completely regardless of whether they are close or far away
