He produced shotguns, rifles, pistols and carbines using gas operated devices called “pneumatic guns”. This provided a much faster firing rate than any other type of firearm at the time. The pneumatic guns were very popular among farmers and hunters in Sioux City because they could be easily carried around with no obstacles between them and their targets. By 1912, there had been enough progress made with gasoperated firearms to warrant another company being founded in Sioux City named “Ammunition & Rifle Manufacturing Company”. This company produced both rifles and shotguns using recoil operated devices known as breech Loading Guns (BGL). These guns were similar to those used today but featured Instead of cartridges being loaded into barrels via screws located at either side of the gun, these weapons utilized loading strips that rested within grooves machined into the receiver along with magazines designed specifically for these type of firearms. Breech Loading Guns became very popular among military personnel during World War I because they could be quickly transported and utilized while on duty without having to carry extra rounds or equipment elsewhere

In 1907, it became one of four cities in Iowa designated by Governor John De Witt as Seeleyville because he saw Seeleyville as an important center for cotton farming and commerce within agricultural counties that straddled his borders. At this time, Seeleyville had a population over 25000 people; however, with only 4500 residents living within Indianola County at that time due to forced migration from east central Iowa due to land disputes with other counties - Seeleyville had no impact on its neighbor's demographics whatsoever! In 1912, Seeleyville was renamed Sioux City after Mayor Alfred Bogan submitted a petition to change its name based on complaints from citizens living near Hearst Park which was then called “Seeleytowne” because its founders owned much property adjacent thereto including some 5200 acres (2 km²). The bill granting see name change passed unanimously both houses without opposition! There have been several extensions to Sioux City's boundaries throughout its history: In 1916 when Southeastern Des Moines County formed out of portions of Johnson County and Grant County; And again in 1935 when all but 2/3s (~$40K) tax increment financing for building new municipal services were authorized; Most recently in 2008 when UIowa Act No 137 allocated $165M for civic improvements inside & outside Of Town limits- making possible another 3rd extension! This latest addition will add nearly 10k sq ft (~240 apartments) – more than any other city north Of Chicago!

After becoming an independent city, Sioux City experienced rapid growth due to its location near the Missouri River and its abundance of natural resources such as coal, water, oil and lumber. In 1907, the town annexed what is now neighbourhoods located east of First Street between Harrison Avenue and I-29W. This annexation led to increased traffic congestion in downtown Sioux City which caused problems for both businesses and citizens alike. In 1916, during World War I, Sioux City joined with other American cities in support of America’s war effort by manufacturing munitions and shipping food to help feed soldiers fighting abroad. During World War II, Indian camps located within walking distance of the city were used to house Japanese Americans who had been rounded up by U.S. forces during World War II without any legal process or trial period

The population of Sioux City grew rapidly during the late 19th century and early 20th century due to its location near Lake Michigan and its access to canalboats that transported goods between Chicago and Omaha. In 1924, during World War II, Sioux City became one of several American cities located within Nazi-occupied Europe; it remained an important military base until 1945.
