In North Liberty, Iowa, there are two main types of ammo stores: the shooting range and the reloading store. The shooting range is where people go to shoot target practice or to use the firearms for real estate purposes. The reloading store is where people go to reload their old rounds of ammunition. The first type of ammo store was set up by George Washington in 1792. Ammunition was not needed back then because cannons could fire shot that would kill anything in sight. However, when guns became more prevalent, people began using ammunition for defense reasons as well as for hunting purposes. The second type of ammo store started up about 1820 when Daniel Webster set up a business in North Liberty selling bullets made from lead and other materials used in cannon ballistics research. This type of ammo store continued until 1875 when it was replaced by the present day Reloading Store on First Street in North Liberty. In 1876, John Blythe opened a shop called the Arsenal supplying rifles with rifle balls made from small lead balls instead of cannonballs because he believed that these bullets were more accurate than those made with larger caliber balls. Additionally, Blythe offered Reloading Services which allowed customers to reload their own rounds of ammunition without having to go into a gunsmiths shop. This business continued until 1903 when it was replaced by the present day Shooting Range on Fourth Street in North Liberty which still offers its services today!

North Liberty is a small town in Muscatine County, Iowa, United States. The population was 1,316 at the 2010 census. It is the largest community in Muscatine County and one of the smallest communities in Iowa. North Liberty was founded in 1881 by farmers who moved from Illinois. The name "Lincoln" came about because of a local survey that showed there were no towns named Lincoln in Iowa. The first store was built on Main Street in 1881 by John French and his wife Sarah. The store became the first post office in North Liberty and served as such until 1907. In 1912, the townspeople voted to change its name to North Liberty after they heard about a similar town called Plymouth, Massachusetts, which had been renamed Northampton after Queen Victoria's visit there that year. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of , all of it land. As of the census of 2010, there were 1,316 people residing in township: . 299 (27%) were male and 693 (53%) female; population density was . There were 904 housing units at an average density of . The racial makeup of township was 96% white, 2% black or African American, 0% Native American, 2% Asian/Pacific Islander, 2% from other races, and 1% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latinoof any race were 3%. There are 564 households out of which 34% have children under age 18 living with them; 606 households are married couples living together; 7 families are non-families; and 20 individuals (2%) have zero descendants

North Liberty, Iowa is a town in Polk County, Iowa, United States. The population was 592 at the 2010 census. North Liberty was founded in 1854 by Danish immigrants. It was incorporated as a town on December 12, 1907. The name of the town is from their original location near the mouth of the Cedar River (north of present-day North Liberty), which they named "Lillie's Landing." The first settler in what is now North Liberty was Ole Hanson in 1854. He established a trading post and store at what is now Lillie's Landing on the Cedar River. Other early settlers included Rasmus Nielsen, Lars Jensen and Peder Pedersenitch. In 1857, John Himmelsohn set up shop in what is now North Liberty as well; he also bought land adjacent to present-day North Liberty from Rasmus Nielsen for $200 cash. In 1907, North Liberty became an official town after being approved by the Iowa State Legislature via referendum vote. At that time it had a population of 272 residents and consisted of two townships: Lillie's Landing and West Pointe Township. On December 12, 1907, North Liberty incorporation occurred with 592 residents living within its boundaries
