For one, it required expensive equipment and delicate circuitry - something that didn't always become available until later in the game when companies like Colt started making Laser Weapons Systems themselves. With all these newer technology advancements came new possibilities for Lasersight design which led us right into our current era of Laser Sight Technology!

Des Moines, Iowa is a city in the U.S. state of Iowa. The population was 185,346 at the 2010 census, making it the thirty-second largest city in Iowa and the second-largest in the state after Cedar Rapids. The city is surrounded by other municipalities, including Ames and Newton. Des Moines was founded on August 15, 1855 as a station on the Santa Fe Railroad by General James K. Polk and his top aide Kit Carson. It grew rapidly due to its location near navigable rivers and easy access to markets for goods brought overland from Illinois and Missouri. Railroads were key factors in Des Moines' growth; today, it remains one of America's most populous cities and an economic center with a diverse range of industries including information technology, health care, education, publishing and healthcare services. Des Moines also has a significant Native American heritage that can be seen in various downtown buildings and cultural attractions such as the Smithsonian American Art Museum or Iowan Cultural Center which open their doors every day to show off Indian art from around the world. The first permanent settler in what would become Des Moines was George Hennepin who arrived during 1858 along with others following wagon trains led by Alexander Ramsey from Minnesota Territory. He named his land "Hennepin County" after himself while others followed suit within months of his arrival until all but two counties had been named according to original Mexican land grantees—Alvarado County (northwest of present-day Davenport) went to Manuel Ortiz de la Terreana (1816–1872), Captain José Castro (1796–1861)and Juan Bautista Alvarado y Aguayo (1768–1834)—the last two names still being used today[1]. Settlement continued slowly through 1860 because local leaders were unsure about whether they should eastward railroad into Illinois or stay put due to fears Indian attacks.[2] By 1864 there were 149 residents living in Hennepin County when President Abraham Lincoln issued Executive Order 4755 creating Grant County west of Iowa City along with all remaining Mexican land grants except those now located within Dakota Territory.[3] This action created competition among settlers for available land which contributed mightily to southward migration during this time period especially among men seeking wealth beyond their farmsteads[4]. As new settlements sprang up throughout southeastern Wisconsin – Burlington Township formed near Cedar Rapids soon after – many men took root in what would become Des Moines looking for better opportunities than what they had back home[5]. In 1865 John Fenton established nearby Westcott Street Post Office just outside present-day downtown Des Moines using $10 he received from friends John Atherton & Nathaniel Bowen[6]. That year 35% of all commodities exported from United States came through Des Moines portage; grain shipped via Waco Road then downriver into Nebraska constituted 90% of exports[7], helping define not only this city but also southernIowa as an important commercial center during this time period[8]. The opening of US 50/Upper Iowa Road on November 3rd 1879 helped spur further development within town contributing significantly both economically ($500 000 investment paid out over 25 years)[9] as well as culturally(see below). With farming becoming increasingly mechanized thanks largely to improvements made during World War I,[10] some people began looking for ways where jobs could be found closer together instead traveling long distances each week for work primarily at rail yards across central Illinois[11],[12]). On October 17th 1935 Mayor Charles Evans announced plans For The construction Of A New City Hall To Be Built In Downtown And One Hundred Thirty Three Businesses To Be Opened Which Led To The Birth Of DesMoines Official Name
