These are very high numbers when you consider that only 1/3rd of our population lives inside City Limits! District 2 had 4556 residents according to 2000 Census figures but by 2006 Township populations ranged from 9057-9511 residents so we can say District 2’s loss was most likely due primarily to migration outwards into Township districts over that 6 year period Our current makeup gives us an approximate population size for District 2 which is just under 8500 citizens

With rapid growth came increased housing costs which caused many families to choose instead to move away from Council Bluffs or fold their businesses into smaller towns nearby such as Waterloo or Cedar Rapids. Although some people continued to live in Council Bluffs through World War II when war-time shortages forced merchants to close their stores or leave town altogether, most residents left during the late 1940s because of economic changes within America which led to a decrease demand for goods produced within Iowa City as well as nationwide advances in technology which created new markets for products made withinIowaCity including both heavy machinery production (such as turbines) as well as light equipment manufacturing (such as radios). Many local businesses closed down during this time period while others took advantage of wartime cheap labor available throughout much of America due primarily to various factors such as gasoline rationing that began occurring soon after Pearl Harbor (1941). In recent years things have started moving back towards normal with steady job growth reported throughout much of America thanks largely to our current president’s policies favoring American jobs over open economies around the world while also providing support for small business owners who are essential for Nebraska’s economy especially during difficult times like these!
