Ultimately, we will never know for sure what caused the switch from walking on four limbs to using two whendinosaurs evolved but we can be sure that this change would not have happened without some sort of advantage which evolution ultimately provided us with!

By 120 MYA, humans had begun using two toes to walk instead of just one and began using bipedality for hunting and gathering as well as trade and communication. Some groups continued using only one toe for propulsion through snowshoeing or icewalking but by 50 MYA all quadrupeds (four-footed animals with independent legs) were able to use both toes for locomotion. Bipedalism spread throughout the animal kingdom as more species became able to walk on two feet including man who first developed it about 5500 BC in China. The early development of bipedality allowed humans greater mobility and ability to communicate with others which led to many innovations such as writing and transportation which we take for granted today.

Council Bluffs is a city in Iowa, United States. The population was 26,752 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Johnson County. The name "Council Bluffs" first appeared on a map in 1851. The town was founded by John C. Fremont and his associates in 1852 as part of a wagon train traveling from Nauvoo, Illinois to Council Bluffs, then the capital of Missouri Territory. In 1855, Council Bluffs became the territorial capital when Missouri was moved from Nauvoo to Kansas City. In 1857, the new state of Des Moines was organized and Council Bluffs became its provisional capital. On May 15, 1862, during American Civil War I, Union General Douglas MacArthur arrived at Council Bluffs with about 5 hundred troops for what would be his final battle against Confederate General Robert E. Lee at Fort Donelson in central Mississippi River valley near present-day Chattanooga; MacArthur's forces numbered only forty-five men but they managed to repulse Lee's attempt to relieve Siege of Corinth Fort within three days using guerrilla tactics and small arms fire alone; After the war ended on April 9th 1865 (three days after Lee's surrender), Army General George Armstrong Custer arrived at Council Bluff with 1 thousand cavalrymen and five artillery pieces under his command seeking revenge for losses suffered at Battle of Poison Creek less than two weeks earlier; instead he found an empty town with few survivors
